When my dad, C. Carroll Wilson died in 1967, the Lakeshore Apartments were sold.
The original building operated as apartments for many years under the new owners, until the mansion was demolished to make newer Apartments on the
10-acre lakefront property of Lake Vermilion. Danville, Illinois.
